Oxygen or Air nanobubbles are not primarily an algaecide.
Their strongest role is to improve the pond's oxygen and redox conditions particularly the bottom sediments:
Oxygen nanobubbles → higher DO (dissolved Oxygen) → more aerobic sediment → less internal P release → healthier microbial decomposition → less nutrient available for algae growth
This can be particularly valuable in a pond with organic-rich bottom sludge.

Ozone nanobubbles → Contact with algae → Oxidative damage → Cell disruption
→ Reduced Algae biomass reduction → Improved Water clarity

If the farm does have spaces to lay down a geomembrain lined pond or large reservoir tanks to keep enough supply for daily usage, a Foam Fractionator (a so-called Protein Skimmer) run with Ozone Nanobubbles can help clean up irrigation water out of excessive algae content and provide cleanwater for irrigation purpose.
