Low DO in DFT ponds - How Nanobubbles can help

Low DO (Dissolved Oxygen) is a common issue in DFT (Deep Flow Technique) because the roots are continuously immersed in relatively deep nutrient solution. As plant biomass and root mass increase, root respiration can consume oxygen faster than it is replenished—especially in warm water.

A. How Air or Oxygen Nanobubbles can provide more efficient oxygenation than Regular Air Macrobubbles by Air diffusers ?

With a conventional air diffuser:

Air compressor → large bubbles → bubble rises → some O₂ dissolves → most air reaches surface and escapes

With Air or Oxygen Nanobubbles:

O₂ or Air nanobubble generator → enormous number of ultrafine bubbles → high interfacial area → O₂ transfers into water → oxygenated water circulates through the entire DFT
